Your privacy

Your work is personal. Your report stays yours.

What we collect, why, and what we never do.

A professional working privately in a quiet space

The short version

  • No account needed.
  • Your report is private to you.
  • Your employer never sees it.
  • You decide what to share, and with whom.

What we collect

  • About your role: your job title, seniority, department, sector, country and organisation size
  • About your work: the tasks you keep, remove or add, and which ones take most of your time, matter most or would be costly to get wrong
  • To send you your report: your email address and, if you want, your first name
  • Your employer: we never store its name. We only keep a coded key derived from your work email domain, so results can be grouped without identifying anyone.

Why we collect it

To build your report and your plan, and to send you a private link back to it.

If you tick “Show me how my role benchmarks against the research”, your answers also count in research statistics. We only report groups of five people or more, and tasks you write in your own words are counted, never quoted.

What we never do

We never share your report with your employer.

We never sell your data. [Author to confirm this line.]

How long we keep it, and your rights

Your data is stored in the EU. Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.

[Retention period and how to delete your data: author decision still open (DPO review, 25 Aug).]

Know what is changing. Know where you add value. Know what to build next.

Your work is changing. You don't need to predict the future. You need a clearer view of where you are, where your skills can take you, and what to do next.
