FAQ

Questions people ask.

Two colleagues discussing a thoughtful question

Your report

Does my employer see my report?

No. Your report is private to you.

What if I want to share my report with my manager?

We provide a complimentary Manager Report. It contains only the information relevant to discuss with your manager, giving you a clear and concise overview while keeping anything you wish to keep confidential private.

Do I need an account?

No. You see the first part of your report straight away. To open the rest, we ask for your email address and send you a private link back to your report. The link works for 30 days.

How long does it take?

You answer a few questions about your role, then check your task list. That check is where most of the time goes, and it is what makes the report yours.

How much does it cost?

RoleCraft is free to use.

Your job

What if my job is unusual?

RoleCraft works with the details you provide. Even if your role is unique, specialised or difficult to describe, we use your input to create a profile that reflects what you actually do.

What if the tasks don't match what I do?

Adjust them. Remove what you don't do and add what you do, in your own words. Your report follows your changes.

Does RoleCraft predict whether AI will replace my job?

RoleCraft looks beyond the question of replacement. It shows you how AI is changing your work, which tasks AI can support, where people and AI can work together, and where your human contribution remains essential.

The data

Where does the data come from?

From official occupation data, research on how people use AI at work, and job posting data. See our methodology page for the full list.

How current is it?

The AI-use data comes from the Anthropic Economic Index release of June 2026, which covers May 2026. AI use changes quickly, so your report shows which release it is built on.

Who writes the recommendations?

Every figure in your report is calculated from the data. The recommendations and career paths are written and reviewed by our team.

Your work is changing. You don't need to predict the future. You need a clearer view of where you are, where your skills can take you, and what to do next.
